ISFDBThis week’s Website of the Week is The Internet Speculative Fiction Database. ISFDB.org is a comprehensive database of information about authors writing what has been termed “Speculative Fiction”.  Wikipedia defines this as “an umbrella term encompassing the more fantastical fiction genres, specifically science fiction, fantasy, horror, weird fiction, supernatural fiction, superhero fiction, utopian and dystopian fiction, apocalyptic and
post-apocalyptic fiction
, and alternate history in literature as well as related static, motion, and virtual arts”.

The site is a real treasure trove of information on some of the most interesting and influential writers in the history of fiction.
